User-Generated Content License

This license persists for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after deletion to accommodate cached or archived materials.

Intellectual Property and Content License

Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  1. Free and premium plans. DatingSites2 offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free accounts provide limited access, while premium memberships unlock advanced features including unlimited messaging, HD video chat, and real-time translation.
  2. Payment methods. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
  3. Auto-renewal. Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
  4. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
  5. Refund policy. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a billing error or technical issue preventing access, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
  6. Price corrections. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and offer you the option to proceed at the corrected rate or cancel your order.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Informal resolution. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will work in good faith to reach a resolution within 30 days.
  2. Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any remaining dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at the claimant's election.
  3. Class action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
